The old version required too many steps: you had to set the load path,
set the path to emulator, turn on gdb execution. The new version
allows you too make all this choices conveniently in one place: a
profile. Further it lets you switch between profiles at any point
using oz-set-profile. Give it a chance, you'll soon find it much more
convenient.
