I already thought about it and rejected the idea. (1) it's an
unnecessarily fine granularity - it might be useful if we expected a
large volume of messages that need to be classified; but we certainly
don't expect that. (2) [ANN] has the advantage of clearly and simply
identifying an official announcement; and I certainly don't want users
to start thinking that they can post [BUG] messages, which is
guaranteed to happen, should we choose to go that way.

Now, I certainly expect the subject line to contain a clear indication
of what the message is about, whether bug discovery, bug fix, or other
announcement.
