1.3.0 release schedule

Dear Mozart hackers,

we would like to do a new release of the Alice system soon. However, since 
Mozart 1.3.0 will break Alice as it stands now (because of the incompatible 
changes to the semantics of ByNeed) we prefer sync'ing it with the Mozart 
release, so that it can run on the new Mozart.

So what is the current schedule for the 1.3.0 release? Will it still happen 
this year?
