What's wrong with once a year?  Do you want to spend all your time
installing new systems?  BTW, there *are* Mozart-related releases more
often, namely libraries in MOGUL (e.g., see the P2PS release last
November for DHT-based P2P applications).

BTW, watch soon for the call for papers for the Mozart/Oz conference that
we will be organizing this year.
