_I_ don't do _any_ maintenance of the MOGUL site - there is no human
intervention - this is entirely automated - that was the whole point.
I can modify the code of the MOGUL librarian (and of ozmake) to expose
additional information.  The MOGUL librarian itself doesn't even look
at packages - that's not its job.  It looks only at these funny little
text files that describe contributors' sections.  These text files are
maintained by contributors (well, by ozmake --publish if you use
that).  What I suggested was that NEW ozmake could add another piece
of info in the text file that describes a package: namely, whether it
is new-style (or some related info), and that the MOGUL librarian
should then expose that information.
