Weak dictionaries and optimized variables

Wait a minute.  We did not invent this thing (sorry, "K").
Cell.exchange works this way, and nobody complained about it, to my
knowledge.  We suspect that the performance gain will be ridiculous.
So I decide to not spend time on this.
