Give me the release cvs tag and I could do the windows release build. Alternatively, Kevin
could point me to his release windows build as a tar archive
(including chm doc) and I'd package it. Whatever.

BTW, could you please come up with a more detailed timeline? The "we release tomorrow"
method did not seem to work well in the past.
