Just to keep everyone updated on what's going on:

I have tentatively moved these packages onto the download server to
finalize the Gentoo ebuilds.  The readme file for the linux bintar is
missing.  Since the GTK stuff hasn't changed (has it?), I simply
symlinked the 1.3.1 occurrences to the 1.3.0 instances.  I have also
added the MacOSX packages contributed by Marc-Antoine.

I also fixed a display problem with the download page for iPaq.
Unfortunately, noone has volunteered to package for that platform
sofar.  Donatien was the one who did it for 1.2.5.
