Windows Install Package on the way shortly...

Dear All:

 

I have successfully bootstrapped and built the 1.3.1 tag on Cygwin (and it
actually runs, and appears to work!) and the only thing I lack for the
windows installer I'm about to put together is the CHM file, which
apparently can only be built on a unix box (which I don't have at home, and
won't have time at work to use for this purpose tomorrow). So, while I'm
testing 1.3.1 build, if someone could send me the current 1.3.1 CHM for
Windows, or point to a place I can download it, I'll happily stick it in the
installer package.

 

In the meantime I'm going to create the installer package now, leaving a
special place for the CHM in the /doc directory.
