Thorsten or anybody else equally in-the-know:

 

I'm getting this behavior when I test the Windows installer where installer
has to "update" my installation every time I try to invoke the OPI or the
documentation from Program Files->Mozart->*.

 

Any idea what is causing that?

 

I'm not including the GTK at this point, nor do I see any components
referring to it, so I suspect the cause is something else. But I'm not sure
what it might be.

 

Any thoughts?
