Getting Mozart cvs development source?

As Andreas Franke pointed out it will still be confusing when we move
to the 1.4.x releases (particularly if we make an incompatible
change). Therefore, I propose to change OZVERSION on the trunk to 
1.3.99, I don't think anyone has the energy to make 99 releases on the
1.3.x tree!

If noone complains I will make this change next week.
