Indeed, it is intended that the Mozart MEP process should be the same
as the Python PEP process as far as it is useful.

Denys has set up an experimental MEP repository and you can see it by
visiting

   http://www.mozart-oz.org/meps/

Comments welcome. Denys announced the MEP repository in this message:

   http://www.ps.uni-sb.de/pipermail/mozart-hackers/2004/002163.html

which I attach below.

   1. I have added support for MEPs in CVS. MEPs and their corresponding
software support reside in module "meps" of the mozart cvs. The
current informational meps that I checked-in were stolen and
quickly adapted from the Python site. In particular mep-0001
should eventually be replaced (or modified) to adopt the MEP
proposal that we are all working on.

   2. MEPs are now available on our website:

                       http://www.mozart-oz.org/meps/

this will remain unofficial until we have agreed on the MEP
process, but at least you can get a quick idea of what things might
      look like.

   Cheers,
