Unicode support

Hello Mozart hackers,

   There is 10 days elapsed since the first message and still there is
no  reaction  to  what  we've proposed. Probably you are too busy then
give  us  a note and we will wait some more. However, we'd rather like
to  hear  your  opinion  about  the  code  that  we  provided from the
technical point of view.

   Another  thing  that we would note is about that new MEP mechanism.
When  we started the work on the Unicode for Mozart that scheme didn't
exist. Shall we apply for a MEP to be ever accepted?
