Unicode support

Dear Vladimir,

Regarding Unicode support, if you would like to add it to the
standard Mozart release, please, by all means submit a MEP!
The MEP should motivate and summarize the changes needed
in Mozart for Unicode, so that we can make comments and
suggestions and take a look.  For example, is your Unicode
support fully integrated into Mozart's GUI support (Tk and
QTk)?  Since Mozart is a community effort, you will have to
explain and convince people.  You can also expect constructive
comments on your design.
