Aaaah yes, of course you don't have an appropriate source rpm to
rebuild. The source you are trying to rebuild will only work with
gcc/g++ 3.3 or earlier (if I remember correctly).
One possibility is to install an earlier gcc/g++ and somehow get
rpmbuild to use that version instead of the default (I don't know if
that is possible).
If you don't need an rpm, then mozart should build easily from
source. It works for me without problems on Debian with gcc 4.x. See
the download page for instructions on downloading the source from cvs:
