Installer using InnoSetup

Hi Kevin,

I have attached the script that should work with the current version of
InnoSetup. It should be compiled in the 'install' directory of the
Cygwin build of Mozart.

I don't have a website to put the installer binary to, but I can send it
via email or upload it somewhere (it's about 9,5 MB, with pre-installed
XRI and IOzSeF + some of my patches for the Winsock troubles and
scheduling.cc bugfixes - I don't think any of those are in the CVS).

Cheers,
Filip
