As far as I can see from the hackers mailing list archives only Christian and Raph voted for MEP 103, and both voted to ACCEPT. If I understand the rules OK then this is sufficient for the proposal to be ACCEPTED, therefore I have moved it to status FINISHED. If anyone disagrees then let us discuss it here. regards k
