Code freeze for Mozart 1.3.2

Hi,
the chm documentation has some corrupt TOC entries in the tree:
Mozart/Getting Started/System/Changes has a missing entry for the 1.3.2
release, and
Reference Manuals/Modules and Libraries/Standard library does not have
subentries (I don't know whether this is a bug...).
There remains one unnamed entry in Advanced Materials (without
subentries - but this apparently refers to a Standard library subnode,
so once that is fixed it should be correct), and the next entry (Window
Programming) has some tabs or newlines in its label, followed by some
spaces and "with Tk"...nothing serious.
Otherwise, the release seems OK to me :-)
Cheers,
Filip
