Code freeze for Mozart 1.3.2

[First time bounced :-(]

Falsish alarm.  I believe (hope!) it is failing to build on Debian due
to a debian-specific gcc bug (see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=372152).  They have a
fix pending so I hope to be able to build soon.
