removing mozart/share/elisp/comint.el

A long time ago, comint.el was not yet officially part of emacs.  This is why we
kept a copy of it in the mozart cvs.  Today, I believe all installations of
emacs have it.  Furthermore, the copy in our archive is so ancient (last updated
17 years ago) that it actually breaks fontification when processing the mozart
docs (on my machine, because comint-mode-map changed and the rest of the world
expects it to be changed).  I would really like to just remove the file.  Are
there platforms where we still need our own copy?
