removing mozart/share/elisp/comint.el

Hi Denys,

I just checked on my Ubuntu system and emacs already has comint.el. I 
also check on macosx, and emacs installed with fink and darwinports also 
have the file. Aquamacs also has it.

I cannot check other versions or platforms.
