importing old bug reports into the Tracker

A while ago I looked into replacing the bts with bugzilla, but didn't
have the time to make bugzilla a pleasant enough replacement. I was
sent the attached script (by Marco iirc) which 'says' that it converts
jitterbug to bugzilla.  If someone has the time to spend then I'm sure
it would be the way to go.
