importing old bug reports into the Tracker

That script was proposed by Tom Emerson to convert jitterbug data to 
bugzilla.  See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124869

But this does not answer the question.  The GForge Tracker is not 
Bugzilla.  There are discussions at GForge for integrating Tracker with 
Bugzilla, but nothing seems to be available right now.

I don't have any real experience with any of those trackers, but Tracker 
looks quite flexible, and has the advantage to be already installed and 
integrated in GForge...
