That would be hard to do. Compiling these for Windows is a nightmare :-) 
I think that best would be (well, if you have some time for this) if you 
could take a look at Paul's patches, apply them to the current sources 
and rebuild the installation packages. I still have the insallation 
environment somewhere, but I don't trust it much - otherwise I'd 
volunteer to do this...
