mozart svn repository down?

If I follow the link from 

   http://www.mozart-oz.org/download/view.cgi?action=svn&version=1.3.2

to [Browse Subversion Repository] (i.e. to
http://gforge.info.ucl.ac.be/plugins/scmsvn/viewcvs.php/?root=mozart), 

I get a page telling me:

   An error occured in the logger. ERROR: could not extend relation
   "activity_log": No space left on device HINT: Check free disk
   space.


If I try to check out mozart from svn I get:

   @twiglet:geozsvn 4Q> svn checkout https://gforge.info.ucl.ac.be/svn/mozart/trunk/mozart
   svn: REPORT request failed on '/svn/mozart/!svn/vcc/default'
   svn: Can't find a temporary directory: Error string not specified yet
   (1)@twiglet:geozsvn 4Q>


However, that might be an issue with my svn client, so please let me
know if it is working for anyone else.
