So, we look for something to make Mozart-based projects (1) visible to
the community (in the largest sense), and (2) easily maintained by the
community.

At UCL we have the infrastructure to host such a central repository with
svn. The administration overhead will be extremly small. We can easily
create a project on our GForge server (like "mozart-software"). The
platform provides an svn repository, a bug tracker, a wiki, and mailing
lists. The registration of developers is pretty lightweight, and we can
have a large group of administrators. We can have more flexible rules
than those on the Mozart project.

I am in favor of a central repository hosted at UCL.

Cheers,
raph
