I happily volunteer for this position (I am usually rather reluctant  
to say something like this, but I really want to help getting this  
project going..).

Concerning the MEP: we are talking about a collaborative development  
model for a collection of user libraries, tools etc. build *on top  
of* Oz. We are not talking about changing Mozart/Oz itself -- we  
already agreed that this project is fully decoupled from the main Oz  
repository. So, I don't see any need at all for an MEP (otherwise,  
every future contribution to Mogul would need an MEP too...).
