Mozart application bundle for MacOs X

Hi all,

After a conversation with Boriss, we consider important to provide an
easier way to get mozart working on MacOs X. One direction is to have
an application bundle, it is, just drag and drop an icon to a desired
folder and double click it to get mozart running. Most of the mac
users know that this is the usual way to install applications.

Application bundles contain all the stuff needed inside. I have added
a new directory to the trunk repository to keep the scripts for
creating the bundle. This directory is placed in misc/MacOsX.

I will also send you an email with a mozart bundle of 1.3.2 version. I
hope you to test it and give me some feedback.

If some of you have any comments about this please let us discuss on them.
