Mozart application bundle for MacOs X

Hi Gustavo,

This will be a great step, thanks for taking this on.  I think it
would be a good idea to include the documentation in our official
application bundle. afaik, we can't build the documentation on macosx
so until this is fixed it will have to be copied from a build on a
different platform.
