Mozart application bundle for MacOs X

Not sure this works for the Mozart application bundle: I vaguely
recall that it's script overwrites the OZEMACS settings. Correct
Gustavo?

I figure, the script could be edited to check environment variables
like EMACS first, before deciding for a specific Emacs to use for the
Mozart.app. It was our first shot to have a Mozart application bundle
at all :)

Best
