Mozart 1.4.0 release candidate

So far it seems to work well… at least it fires up my Aquamacs no problem and I’m able to do basic interactive stuff per the tutorial. Will report as I have time to get deeper into it. Really want to try the new DSS stuff.

 

One small point: the version that shows up in the emulator buffer is 1.4.99 – is that intended?
