svn borked?

I just checked out tags/mozart-1-4-0 from home without problem.  Have 
you retried since?  Maybe the server was temporarily down.  I don't see 
any other reason right now.  I will investigate on that on Monday...

About micq, this error occurred when I changed the marshaler version 
number.  I have no clue why this happens.  It doesn't make sense to me. 
  We decided to disable micq in the release packages.
