Dear Raph,

thanks for your reply and for pointing to the right document (which  
BTW also got only 2 votes out of 9).

The problem is that http://www.mozart-oz.org/governance.html points  
to the wrong link then. See Sec. "Mozart Enhancement Proposals", the  
last word.
