[MEP]: Give Boris Mejias Check-in Privileges to Mozart CVS

Dear Mozart Board,

Since I seem to have successfully created the mep and it is now
available from the mep home page (www./mozart-oz.org/mep) I am asking
you to start the voting period now. Of course, if anyone has
objections or wishes further discussions that can still continue.

I would appreciate a fast turn around, the sooner the dss branch is
created the sooner the integration history will be being retained!

Thanks to those who have already voted (I have two accepts, I need
six).
