Dear Mozart users,
I need a US partner to work with me on a project funded by the USAID in
the range of $50,000. I intend to implement the project in Mozart.
I would like to clarify that the grant offered will be shared between a U.S.
participant and an Egyptian participant. In order for me to get my project
accepted, I need to put a reference to the U.S. participant and the intended
plan of cooperation. By the acceptance of the project, the grant will be
split in U.S. $25,000 for each party. You could spend your share in domestic
travels in U.S., international airfare, per diem and any misc.
So, if you are currently working in an American public/private/commercial/academic
institution and interested in collaborating in the project, please read the details
of the project below:
-----------------------------------------
Currently, I am working on an expert system for the diagnosis and
treatment of cows disorders. The system is implemented on the Mozart
platform and deploying CBR techniques. It contains more than 3000 cases for
428 disorders expressed by around 300 properties and around 800 lines of
treatment are available. That is beside 400 confirmation criteria, 550
prevention guidelines and various pictures and videos. Still new cases are
being acquired.
The system has been already enhanced by implementing it in a distributed
client-server architecture. The target of distribution is to create a server
application that serves many remote client connections
I would like to continue the enhancement of this system to accommodate the
functionality of feedback and critique. This enhancement includes developing
a number of agents:
- A client agent (CA) that enables users to critique the system and passes
the critique to a domain expert agent (DEA).
- The DEA will be able to comment on those critiques and, in his turn,
passes the comments to a knowledge engineer agent (KEA)
- The KEA can update the knowledge base accordingly.
This will enable the instantaneous acquisition of user feedback upon which
domain experts and knowledge engineers can act promptly to update the
knowledge base and/or give feedback to the user.
Best Regards,
