Most effort went into:
 - New pickling (faster, more robust)
 - Complete overhaul of constraint programming support (faster, less
bugs)
 - Postscript and PDF documentation
 - General cleanups
 - Large number of fixes

So it's not so much a new feature release, it is more a service release.
If you care about the details, you might want to check the doc that's
available from the aforementioned ftp address.
