Just take the ordinary regexp package available from any fsf/gnu mirror.
At least it compiles fine with mingw/cygnus. If you care for a
precompiled binary get in contact with me again. For your convcenience I
put a copy of the regex package to

	ftp://ftp.mozart-oz.org/pub/mozart/extras
