The development is finished. We have some small quirks to fix. For most
platforms the code is stable. Printable documentation is under
preparation still.

Mozart for Windows is a different story, though. We are currently in the
process of reorganizing the implementation for Windows to achieve better
stability across the plethora of OS versions (95, 98, NT, 2000).

Our timeline is as follows:

24. November
------------
	Last complete test build including Windows platforms.
	This means you can expect the first fully functional
	Windows version of Mozart around this date in the
	unstable directory. 

8. December
-----------
	If no new problems turn up, release date.
