Dear Ralph,
I will ask as much as I can, but some of the questions could be better answered by

either other developers or users of Mozart. My answer is interspersed with your
questions.

You could also try a beta version that you will find on
ftp://ftp.mozart-oz.org
under pub/mozart ... latest
it is still beta!

The projects I know of are on the project list on the main web page.
I do not know how commercial they are. Definitely some are with companies.
There is a project with Swedish railways another with Daimler Benz etc.
Ask the question at users at mozart-oz.org

The development is continuing on the future by the members of the Mozart
Consortium

There is a contribution library. At SICS we are in process of setting a site of
Mozart functors to be loaded from the web. We will encourage users to put
packages there.

Please ask the graphic wizards. If you go the member of research groups (from
Mozart web
page)
you will find Christian Schulte (Germany), Donetien (Belgium) and Nils Fanzen
(Sweden)
or ask at users at mozart-oz.org

You mean a fifth framework programme. It depends on what type of project?

Ask again on users at mozart-oz.org. I reloaded the same version on NT 4 batch 6 and
5
and it works. Try the new version I mentioned above it might work but it is still
beta.
