There is actually a newer version which is very different from the
version published in the ICLP 99 proceedings (and which you can find
on my home page).  The newer version is much more assertive than the
one in the proceedings: it explains why the Oz approach to logic
programming is an improvement over the Prolog approach, and why the
latter is hopelessly out of date.

The newer version is still in a draft form; I will announce on this
list when it is finished.
