[Oz] Mozart Roadmap?

  Is there a roadmap for the evolution of the Mozart-Oz platform/language?  I
am interested in future releases, and what is planned for these releases.
  I have read comments of the next release of Mozart, in the mail archives for
this list.  It according to the comments, it appears that there is some kind
of delay?  Is the delay related to the MS-Windows platforms in general, or
does it have something to do with MS-Windows2000?
