[Oz] Future of Oz

One thing I'd like to see: some improved documentation of how Mozart/Oz
works and _might eventually_ work in a multi-language environment. I really 
liked the page that compares Mozart/Oz to Java. It wasn't entirely clear to 
me from reading the documentation how Mozart might fit in within a shop that 
is aleady extensively using Java or Perl/Javascript.
