Definitely.  At least make the developers' list public or
publically-readable.  I've already gained a lot of insight into
handling concurrency by learning about Oz's approach, and being able
to read the developers' musings would be very interesting, as well as
giving an idea of what is currently possible with the Mozart
implementation.

Have you looked at the PLT Units module system, by the way?  Oz
doesn't seem to provide parametric modules as PLT Units does.  Maybe
I'm wrong on this though; Oz's ability to use different module
managers adds some subtleties to this issue.
