[Oz] Oz vs. Squeak

As a 'lurker' here, it's very encouraging to see this conversation blooming.
I have similar concerns to a previous poster regarding concern about lack of
conversation being related to lack of active development on Oz, which has
made me hesitant to commit the resources to learn the language.

I'm playing with Oz on Windows, and have written an integration with Premia
CodeWright as a step towards a non-Emacs IDE (for non-graphical apps). If
anyone's interested, I'll clean it up and make it available - it's not
fancy, but does the job.
