[Oz] Who (where and how many) are we?

Hi,

I don't know if this already exists but it would be
interesting to have a web page like:

http://www.asap.cs.nott.ac.uk/ASAP/watt/country.html

to let any of us know a little bit more about the the
members of the list. For instance, to me it was very
nice to know that there is somebody else from South
America interested in Mozart and I would be certainly
interested in knowing if there are more.

We also maybe join MS VSIP in a future :)

Maybe I am wrong, but Windows is very important platform. Yes it's not the
best one and even not good enough in many aspects but it's TOO widespread :)

I simply think that arbitrary precision integers don't needed in each
application.
