There is now at:
         http://www.ps.uni-sb.de/~duchier/mozart/qtk-html.tgz
and      http://www.ps.uni-sb.de/~duchier/mozart/qtk-html.zip

Note, however, that you could easily use wget to mirror on-line
documentation availale at another site.
