Depending on what information you need, you could have a look
at Benjamin Lorenz' Master's Thesis, which is about the Mozart
debugger.  It includes a description of the interface between
the emulator and the debugger GUI.  You can find it (in German
only) on our publications page:

If I may ask - what is it that you're trying to achieve?
