I think, if you want to push the language, a tutorial should be offered for
free as long as Mozart is not a fast-selling-item (Selbstläufer). To learn
basics of Mozart and to get a impression of the capabilities it might be
sufficient to offer an extract of the book. This might be acceptable for the
publisher.
(Allthough I would prefer to get the whole book as draft online ;-)
If the world-wide interest for Mozart can be compared with that for Tcl/Tk
years ago, you should act as the developer of Tcl did. He offered his
Tcl-book for quite a long time online (as draft). I think this was one
reason for the success of Tcl.
