[Mozart Oz Users] newbie question (declarations)

Hi,

I am a little bit confused by all the declaration statements like

	declare
	define
	functor
	in
	local
	prepare
	
I use them following the examples (all is working fine) but I cannot
understand a clear rule to apply them.
