Calling Oz from C/C++?

Maybe I'm not seeing the right bit of the documentation, but I can't find
any way to call a Mozart procedure from C/C++. Can this be done? Is it even
possible to create a DLL (presumably including the ozengine) which can be
linked into a C++ main program? If the answer to either question is "no",
are there any plans afoot to change that answer?
